At Mattel Creations, we want you to love your exclusive apparel and accessories, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and customized items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
